KILMURRY MEDICAL CENTRE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

Please use the online form below to request repeat prescriptions. Please note that this is for medication that you are on already, only. If you need a prescription for a new medication or a medication you have not received recently, you will need to consult a doctor.Please fill in the details of the medication you are requesting: Your prescription will be ready in THREE WORKING DAYS, after receiving this form. This form is limited to 10 items only, if you require more items than this please email all your details to scripts@kymc.ie(Please note this email address is for prescriptions only, and any other correspondence sent to this email address will not be replied to.)

By Hand – drop your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
By Post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

We are also able to avail of the HSE Healthmail service whereby your repeat prescription can be uplifted to a local chemist. Please ask at reception for further details.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see the doctor, or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.Please allow three full working days between requesting and collecting your medication.
